Gin & Tonic

Perfect for happy hour, dinner, or anytime you simply want an invigorating beverage.

Ingredients:
30ml Gin
250ml Mixtale Tonic Water
Ice
Lime Wedge

Let’s Mix
Gather the ingredients.
In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, pour the gin, then top with tonic.
Stir well.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

Coffee Tonic

Coffee Tonic – aka caffe tonic or black tonic – is a real thing and it is the perfect alternative to iced coffee.

Ingredients
Double shot espresso
Mixtale Tonic Water

Let’s Mix
Pour the tonic over ice in a tall glass.
Slowly top with espresso. It will float on top of the tonic and slowly integrate into the drink.
Notes
Very important! If the espresso goes into the glass first or is poured too fast, the mix will fizz and you may have an overflowing mess.

It’s ridiculously simple to make; add any Tennessee Whiskey to your glass, squeeze in a piece of lime and fill your glass with Mixtale Ginger Ale.

30ml Any Tennessee Whiskey

Let’s Mix
Add any Tennessee Whiskey and ice to your favourite glass

The Moscow Mule some say has a cult following, with professional and amateur mixologists the world over testing and tweaking to attain their version of perfection. Here is our version Moscow Mule with Mixtale Ginger Beer.

Ingredients :
60ml Vodka
Mixtale Ginger Beer
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Lemon Wedge
Some Mint Leaves

Let’s Mix :
Take a Copper Mug
Mix the Vodka and Lime Juice Top it with Mixtale Ginger Beer
Add Ice Garnsh it with some mint leaves and lemon wedge

This is one of our house favourites and one of the cocktails we recommend. This drink is not to be stirred. The rum should sit at the top of the glass and fall down naturally.

Ingredients :
30ml Dark Rum
Crushed Ice
Mixtale Ginger Beer
½ Lime Wedge.

Let’s Mix :
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice
Cut lime in half then squeeze the juice over ice, dropping the lime wedges in the glass as garnish
Add Mixtale Ginger Beer, almost to the rim
Top with 30ml any dark rum & let the rum roll down through the ice.

The Gin Rickey is a refreshing and classic highball drink that dates back to the early 1900s. It is an easy recipe, requiring just three ingredients, and one of the most refreshing gin cocktails you can mix up.

A quick tip if you minus the Gin….the Lime Rickey is great summer drink and is a fantastic way to cleanse your palate during a meal

Ingredients :
60ml Gin
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 Lime Wedge

Lets’s Mix :
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour the gin and lime juice over the ice.
Top with Mixtale Club Soda.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

** To add a little extra tartness, wet the rim of your glass with the lime wedge by simply running it around the edge.**

Let’s Mix :
Fill a tall, narrow glass with ice. Pour the scotch over the ice.
Slowly add the club soda, holding the glass at an angle. Do not stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Blue Lagoon Long Island Iced Tea

The Blue Long Island cocktail is a very refreshing drink. But it’s also one that can easily knock you off your feet. This is a great summertime cocktail. It’s refreshing and citrus flavoured. And it’s gorgeous to look like.

Ingredients:
30ml vodka
30ml gin
30ml light rum
30ml gold tequila
Mixtale Blue Lagoon
3 Fresh squeezed lemon juice

Let’s Mix :
Fill a Collins glass with ice.
Pour in the liquors.
Then pour in the fresh-squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup.
Finally, add the Mixtale Blue Lagoon.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a straw.
And feel free to tinker with the amount of lemon to get it to your taste.

The ingredients are simple in a Blue Lagoon Cocktail, but the taste if over-the-moon delicious. We love the beautiful blue (yet orange-flavor) of Curaçao!

30ml Vodka
Mixtale Blue Lagoon
Lemonade
Ice
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Let’s Mix :
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add the Curacao, then the vodka.
Top with lemonade.
Garnish with cherry.

Mojito

Mojito originates from the Cigar nation…Cuba….ours is a ready to drink and a tribute to one of the world’s most famous beverage.

Ingredients :
10 Mint Leaves
White Rum
4 Lemon Wedges
Crushed Ice

Let’s Mix :
Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass.
Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice.
Add 2 more lime wedges muddle again to release the lime juice.
Do not strain the mixture.
Fill the glass almost to the top with ice.
Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with Mixtale Mojito.
Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.
